Position : Aiort Duty Officer 1 Position
JOB PURPOSE:
Representing the Airport- On the front line.
Coordinating person from airport specially in off working hours
Coordinator for airport Government and control authorities.
Dealing with conflict issues.
Auditing and survey
Training and examiner
Customer/high delegation/VIP services provider
Hub and Spoke.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Take care of airport facilities on daily basis. (Terminals, cargo, apron, runway, taxiways etc.)
Perform safety functions by means of audits and surprise inspections to ensure compliance with ICAO
Assist in implementation of Airport Safety Programs, Airside Safety Regulations & Safety Management System
Take up all safety related issues and inclusion of safety performance standards.
Perform day-to-day Safety Audit.
Conduct of turnaround audit and safety audits 24X7.
Collection data of various natures pertinent to safety of airside operations performs Statistical Analysis and trend projection and bring them to ASM/HOD.
Enforces airfield driver safety rules and regulations and issues notices of violation copy addressed to ASM/HOD.
Self-Monitor and awareness to other personnel working airside for removal of foreign objects damage or debris from the airfield.
Manage the FOD programs.
Communicates with Air Traffic Control tower and other agencies on safety aspect.
Responds and position Command Post to all aircraft emergency situations.
Monitor of ground traffic and direct them in congested and emergency areas.
Investigates unusual or suspicious conditions and unlawful acts.
Accident and incident investigation and searches for and preserves evidence.
Makes verbal, written reports and records all the event of shift and maintains data on appropriate forms/logs/computer files.
Continue monitoring and process of hazard identification and risk management.
The control of accidental loss (of persons and property, and damage to the environment) by the safety training and awareness.
Educational Profile and Experience:
Either Diploma level qualification in Aviation or similar field with 3 years of work experience relevant to the job OR Certificate level qualification with 5 years of work experience relevant to the job OR educated up to high school level with 10 years and more of work experience relevant to the job
Have a Valid and clean driving license.
Proficient in Microsoft office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook) is a must.
Must have exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with all Customers and stakeholders, senior management, government agencies, emergency Services to ensure that the operational plans and activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Position : Paramedic Staff
JOB PURPOSE
To apply the rules and regulations pertaining to medical assistance and ambulance service at the airport according to the
regulations of MOH & GCAA.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Reports to SAFO.
Responding to emergency calls
Provide emergency medical assistance, such as CPR or dressing wounds/injuries
Quickly and efficiently assess a patient’s condition and determine the best course of treatment
Monitoring and administering medication, pain relief and intravenous infusions
Using specialist equipment including ventilators and defibrillators
Transport patients safely in an ambulance
Provide first aid or life support to patients who are sick or injured
Transfer patients to the emergency area of the hospital or other healthcare facility
Report what they saw and did to doctors, nurses or other healthcare staff
Document what kind of medical treatment was given to the patient from the moment of arriving at the scene to
transferring the patient to the healthcare facility and provide hospital staff with patient information including
condition and treatment
Replace, clean, and buy inventory of supplies and equipment
Monthly check of First Aid Boxes and replenish the medicines as per the requirement
Support the medical team in Triage area in the event of Aircraft emergencies
JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES & SPECIFICATIONS SECTION
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Experience and competent in the field of Nursing, Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with in an
Ambulance service.
Certified Paramedic/ Nursing /EMT either from MOH or DHA
Educational Profile and Experience:
Graduate in Paramedic/ Nursing /EMT
Minimum of three years’ Experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with in a Ambulance
service.Proficient in English language.

Position : GSE Mechanic
JOB PURPOSE
Report directly to GSE Workshop Supervisor. To assists skilled workers in performing their work. Employee works under
close supervision. Work according to the requirements asked by the immediate supervisor. Report directly to GSE
Workshop Supervisor and carries out skilled mechanical maintenance, servicing and repairing on ground support
equipments (motorized and non-motorized, light and heavy-duty vehicles) at the workshop and on site.
Work with supervisory staff to continually improve reliability of equipment through improvements in preventive and
predictive maintenance programs, develop systems to track/trend equipment performance to identify and proactively
address reliability issues. Assist supervisory staff to coordinate work assignments and prioritization, evaluate jobs that
require more than the typical skills. Make recommendations on methods to accomplish the assigned task, respond to
emergency calls when regularly scheduled backup personnel are not available, participate in department sponsored training
programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Reports to GSE supervisor.
Carries out scheduled maintenance or servicing of aircraft ground support equipment, light and heavy duty vehicles,
Ensures highest standard of services while maintaining ground equipments.
Tests equipment and vehicles after servicing engine, gearbox, steering, brakes mid instrument operation
Does the final inspection /quality inspection on all the major repairs done in the workshop before release.
Receives job for unscheduled maintenance or repair work, diagnoses faults related to the equipment or the vehicle.
Includes disassembling engines, removing components, repairing, overhauling minor and major assemblies in the
workshop.
Simulates on-site fault diagnosis and repairs malfunctioning of equipment and vehicles.
Maintains safekeeping of tool kit allocated to him and obtains replacement for worn out or damaged tools.
Ensures that outstanding works are completed when out going from shift. Remains for any emergency calls that may
take place due to any equipment failure during operation.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions on all motorized and non-motorized GSE equipments and as
instructed by GSE In-charge in accordance with shop and service manuals and established procedures
Carry out road tests vehicles and operate equipments.
Co-operate and co-ordinate with other mechanics in repairing of vehicles and equipment as required. Maintains daily
work record of completed works, materials used and time spent. Logs relevant entries to Register.
Complies with the standard for housekeeping, personal safety and appearance.
Performs related work as required and instructed by supervisor.
Regular contact with other user departments to service and repair vehicles and equipments.
Maintains good standard of health and safety.
Update log appropriately as instructed. Follow instructions of material withdrawal as instructed by stores.
Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of airport and customers.
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards Health & Safety of self & others in the organization as well as
environmental protection issues.
